3. Eligibility

Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement;

4. Client Obligations
As a property owner or tenant engaging with Rentovative Property Management, you agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information.
Promptly notify us of any changes in your contact details, property information, or other relevant circumstances.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations governing your use of our Services.
5. Tenant Screening and Placement
Rentovative Property Management will perform tenant screening, including credit checks, rental history, and employment verification, in accordance with applicable laws. The final decision to accept or reject a tenant application rests with the property owner unless otherwise agreed.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services will be outlined in your Service Agreement. Payments are due as specified, and any late payments may incur additional charges. You agree to:
Pay all fees as outlined in your agreement.
Authorize Rentovative Property Management to deduct fees directly from collected rental payments, if applicable.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
Rentovative Property Management will coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed. Emergency repairs may be authorized without prior owner approval if immediate action is necessary to protect the property or ensure tenant safety. Costs for such repairs will be detailed in your Service Agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement in accordance with the terms specified within it. Upon termination:
Any outstanding balances must be settled promptly.
Rentovative Property Management will transfer all relevant property management documents to the property owner or their designee.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentovative Property Management will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
